Membership Cancellations

We are sorry to see you go! If you would like to cancel your monthly membership package, please contact us at team@sweatclub.fit 30-days before your next billing cycle and we will get this taken care of for you.

CANCELLATION & MEMBERSHIP CHANGE TERMS

  • If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change, any discounted rates you may had with your original membership will not apply.

  • If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. Please see the Membership Hold page for more info.

  • If you are sure you’d like to cancel, please email us at team@sweatclub.fit with "Membership Cancellation" in the subject line. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by our membership terms and conditions. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle from the submission of the form below.

  • Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this 30-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

  • If you would like to switch your monthly membership to an upgraded or downgraded option, we do require a 14-day advanced notice before your next billing cycle.
