To take advantage of our PT add-ons, you must have two PT appointments with your coach a week each month.
SMALL GROUP COACHING
For groups of 2 to 3 that are on the same fitness level. Requires a minimum of 2 people, if the second person cancels, you will be billed at the individual pricing. Each person must purchase an individual pack.
